Position Title: colourist

Established more than 10 years ago, Radiance Hair is located in Northbridge Plaza and is well known by our community for our consistently outstanding results and warm and friendly customer service. We are a modern, vibrant salon with a strong team culture where everyone is treated equally and fairly.

Over the past 12 months we have continued to evolve with new salon initiatives and increased client demand.  We are now seeking an enthusiastic and passionate hairdresser to join our team at this exciting time!

We are a fun salon, run like a happy family of professionals in Sydney’s Northbridge Plaza with highly experienced staff looking for someone with a strong skill base.

We offer a salary range between $35.00 – $45.00 (Hourly Wage) and an attractive commission and bonus structure based on your performance. If you are a hairdresser who loves looking after your clients, who is comfortable educating your clients on how their hair can be their best and have a strong focus on customer service then you’re who we’re looking for!
